Access Control and Door Entry
We’re accredited by multiple manufacturers to design, install, commission and maintain a huge range of access control and door entry systems.
CCTV Systems
Installed, tested, and maintained – Fixatex can handle your CCTV needs in a single building or across a whole site.
EICR
We handle every element of the inspection process – from scheduling, BS7671 standard testing and remedial work, and submission of certificates to your housing management system.
Emergency Lighting
Fixatex are qualified and manufacturer certified on a wide range of lighting systems, and can handle every aspect of your emergency lighting testing and upgrades on your behalf.
Fire Protection Services
Fixatex provide a BAFE SP203-1 compliant service for the end to end installation, maintenance and testing your Fire Detection and Alarm system.
Fixed Appliance Testing
You’ve likely got way more fixed appliances in your buildings than you think, and all of them need to be safe to use. We can handle the load for you, and update your Housing Management systems and compliance records on your behalf.
Lightning Protection
Lightning protection is an often forgotten part of your building protection and can corrode over time, increasing risk of fire, harm to individuals, and damage to electrical systems and building fabric. We can replace, expand, and maintain your lightning protection to keep your building safe.
Rising and Lateral Mains Upgrades
Greater loads on electrical installations can mean you need to upgrade your infrastructure to keep up with demand and meet updated BS7671 installation standards. Fixatex can inspect, test, and upgrade even the most demanding electrical infrastructure.
Street Lighting
Fixatex have our own street lighting division with height access equipment, so whether you need current assets checked and maintained or you need new lighting installed, we have the expertise and tools to deliver.
