MOSS Automotive are a Car Storage Specialist located in London Colney, Hertfordshire. Fixatex we’re employed to complete a full Electrical, CCTV, Access Control & Fire Alarm Package throughout. The unit is approximately a 15,000 Sq. Ft Unit which had a full space mezzanine floor, a separate office plus out buildings.

 

It was a complete new install, the only original part remaining the same was the incoming mains and Busbar system. The office area which include bathroom and kitchen areas had general power and LED Sensor Lighting installed. Floor Boxes for the desk power, ventilation for Kitchens & Bathrooms and general corridor lighting. A metal compartment trunking system was installed throughout the warehouse to contain lighting, power and fire alarm cabling. LED Lighting was installed throughout, specification varying dependant on the environment, for example there was a wash bay for the cars which required IP65 Equipment.

 

A fully addressable Fire Alarm system was installed covering all areas of the building linked to an ARC as per the customer requirements. A CCTV and Access Control system was also installed as per the specification including Electronic bollards and Gates to the premises.
