A 5 Year contract was awarded to Fixatex in 2017 to complete Electrical Testing & Remedial works for London & Quadrant for over approximately 25,000 Units. L&Q are one of the largest landlords in the country.

The stock comprises of a mixture of Domestic & Commercial spaces, mainly domestic made up of Flats, Bedsits, Maisonettes, Houses, Sheltered Accommodation but also including large 3 Phase communal installation for larger tower blocks. We are also completing C1 & C2 remedial works during appointments with residents to ensure we can provide a Satisfactory certificate to the client on completion of the appointment.

We have approximately 40 Staff members currently working on this contract such as Apprentices, Engineers, Supervisors, Contract Managers & an Administration Team. We're working to strict KPI's on a monthly basis measuring number of completed properties, no access rates, complaints etc which we have met each month since the start of the contract.

Our Senior Supervisors & COO insist on a very high standard of testing, this is measured by our Quality Assurance processes and our own internal training schemes to ensure we can deliver the most accurate Electrical Testing & Inspection service as possible.
